CFO is the worst leader imaginable. Does not listen to her employees and constantly gossips about her own peers to other people. Expect long hours with zero vision or guidance and to never be rewarded. Avoid at all costs.

Overall a great company. Everyone seems to love what they do and foster a tremendous culture and work ethic.

Cons

Upper management and c-level were mostly disconnected from the realities of the modern workforce. They demand in-office with no work-from-home without acknowledging that the majority of the team behind their biggest money maker is entirely remote. Otherworldly ignorance.
