Ciber had the worst reputation in the industry that I had ever encountered. It was almost impossible to sell a project, let alone get one completed.

Pros

What I like about working with Ciber Global is the support I receive from Senior Management. Ciber Global runs it's organization with few management layers so decision making is quick. As a Client partner, I sit two steps from the SVP of North America and three steps from the owner and CEO. Ciber Global has a broad range of solutions that can compete with the mega vendors, however we are able to treat our clients as if we were a boutique vendor. Clients at Ciber Global do not get lost in a sea of largest clients who demand extra attention.

Cons

Ciber Global shares the same challenges of any IT integrator in the market. I am impressed by the way our management team addresses them.
