The leadership act like tyrants. The new executive team has made the culture so much worse than it has been in the past 12 years I have been here. The new executive team has no experience in the staffing or software, application, ERP business - only infrastructure. Leadership is focused on giant comp plans for bringing in their friends. There is no focus on consultants or clients and zero follow up on promises from Michael or Tina. Tina is running the company and is ADD as they come. Michael and Tina can be motivating when they speak but they haven't done anything they said they would do for people at my level that work with clients everyday and aren't seen at the ivory tower.
The latest iteration of change is making Ciber WORSE and NOT better.
