The firm really messed up. The management is full of the CEO buddies, who appear to have little merit besides this. This translates to lack of leadership across many areas of the business. They don't know what are they doing and how they will survive the competition, new trends, new tech etc.
what does not help is that there quite a few senior on paper, but in reality snobbish, passive-aggressive bullshitters with little in store to justify their arrogance. These use annoying tactics to get some work done by you, and as they are not really lucid, they cannot formulate what they really want, thus you can never do right by them.
The office had been acquired in 2016 by Experis and the one you should watch out for is Experis ciber.
The company seems to be in constant transition and hence in chaos.
It'd been a while ago since I worked for them, and as I've heard little has changed.
It's a hard case of a typical body shop that is only interested in chargibulity of their accounts, not people in any way.
