1. Good Work Culture 2. Supporting Manager and Mentor 3. Don't rush the employees, gives them proper training 4. Option to take up some classes to gather industry level technical knowledge

Cons

Not an easy straightforward technical aspects, takes some quality of time to understand the project particularly if you don't fall into same technology.
