- Excellent work environment. - All managers are techno- manager. There is no people-management. - co-workers are technically very sound. You can take help any time. - Lots of leave you can take, taking care of your assignment dead-lines. - Higher management follow Ethics. - Flexible timing - WFH - Free Lunch, Gym, yoga, PS-4 video game, lots of out-door games to play.

Cons

Not so far. Every thing is good.
