      Pros

      Cool culture, Great people, Gym, Table Tennis and Snooker. Good work depends on which team you are in and what are your preferences. You can get work in Java or C++ or networking.

      Cons

      The appraisal structure, I guess, is the biggest con. I guess, because the two years I was there, only a few elite got any appraisal. Rest of us had to be satisfied with so meager a bonus that it was all spent on a single treat.

      Pros

      Good work, great people. Flexibility, good technology, good work and life balance, communication and compensation for NCR. Recommend this place to work for.

      Cons

      Career planning, Not sure what more to say but have to match the requirement of 20 words minimum so hence this spurious statement.
