Compensation is a joke. I no longer need a savings account. Join if you want to live a lower middle class lifestyle with no savings. No skill development. Be prepared to be irrelevant in the job market if you spend too much time here although literally anyone seems to be able to get a promotion here . this coupled with low pay is like being in a abusive relationship that you can't get out of as you need some kind of salary but cannot find a new job
