Good benefits, fair pay, diverse talent (employees), and nice location.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, too many upper management (directors) brought in and long tenured employees were not valued or passed over for promotions. Culture became one of "high performance" and work/life balance was increasingly difficult to maintain due to the long hours.

People work hard, and generally want to make a difference.

Cons

Leadership is unprofessional. Pay is low for managers. Work literally never slows down. Meetings all day every day, with other constant disruptions through chat. Work requires at least 50 or more hours. Little appreciation. COO and CHRO dislike each other, which creates trickle-down stress. Massive recent layoffs caused shell promotions with no pay increase. Staff is extremely difficult and loud-spoken. Directors do not support managers in creating disciplined structure. And there is a general feeling that you need to watch your back, and don’t go away for vacation for too long, or you could lose something.
