Pros

Cinch Home Services has been displaying great efforts to increase the in-office experience through having engaging activities. This has helped me meet people across different departments which has helped me find opportunities for collaboration.

Cons

Culture takes time to change and improve. Engagement and rapport take time to build. If Cinch Home Services continues to improve on their events and activities as they have so far, I'm sure it will enhance the overall work experience.

I enjoy being a part of Cinch's inclusive culture and team-building activities. Cinch has a supportive environment work culture that values connection and personal growth, regardless of an employee's work arrangement (hybrid/remote). It's great that they encourage everyone to participate in projects and events that help them step outside their comfort zone.

Cons

Being that I am remote I don't get much visibility. I am trying to visit corporate more often so I can become more well known in the company.
