      High level research institution, is very well known and respected. Benefits are largely very good

      Cons

      Even though benefits are good, they are getting worse all the time. This past year spouses were kicked off of insurance if they were offered insurance at their jobs. Cost of insurance has been increasing while the benefits are decreasing.

      Hospital system and Management is good and helpful.

      Cons

      Many research lab in Cincinnati children are very toxic with PIs exploiting lab members insecurities like visa, need to improve research profile, no idea about future plans etc
