A lot of project's through the year as well as a diverse set of cases. You are given the opportunity to broaden your IT skill's with the amount of equipment to troubleshoot/configure

Cons

Very old technology as well as a strict budget for upgrading technology.

Thank you for leaving a review for Glassdoor. We agree it is a Great place to work and glad you agree! We also acknowledge we have some old systems and are working to replace some of them such as moving to a new ERP system August 1st, 2024 which should be a huge help and there are other system upgrades planned for later this year and next year. Thank yo so much for taking the time to leave a message. We really appreciate it. As a follow up to your expressed concern, we have been addressing salaries to be at or above market value and made additional adjustments in May 1st, 2023 and will continue with annual increase to stay competitive.
