A lot of project's through the year as well as a diverse set of cases. You are given the opportunity to broaden your IT skill's with the amount of equipment to troubleshoot/configure
Cons
Very old technology as well as a strict budget for upgrading technology.

Thank you for leaving a review for Glassdoor. We agree it is a Great place to work and glad you agree! We also acknowledge we have some old systems and are working to replace some of them such as moving to a new ERP system August 1st, 2024 which should be a huge help and there are other system upgrades planned for later this year and next year. Thanks again for your feedback!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you were happy with your compensation and benefits package. In addressing your training concerns we are in the middle of a company wide Leadership development program. Field Service leaders are slated to begin training in October. We also have training on Quality initiatives, Products, Strategic goal deployment and ERP that will elevate our communication between departments. We are also initiating focus groups to gather valuable feedback from our employees as we implement these advanced business tools. We are very excited about the upcoming changes.
The Owner and management make it a priority to take care of the employees.
Leadership takes action to change the company for the better.
The company gives you the opportunity to fail. I know it sounds weird, but most employers these days have a zero-defect mentality, CI just asks that if you fail, fail fast, and continue on to find the best way forward. It's a refreshing mindset.
