Pros

A lot of nice people working there and a supportive environment. Starting part-time for the city can set you up for a decent full-time position later on. Beautiful work environment is a huge plus.

Cons

A lot of strange interactions with the public that often demand your attention when you're trying to accomplish other things. If you work the phone system be prepared to receive some very random phone calls.
