Dealing with customers who give problems

In my personal experience it was very common for the managers to be childish and to mistreat employees, they also don’t really have an understanding of what’s happening with staff (who’s doing what, staff morale, etc.) and this leads to a bunch of issues whether it’s being overworked then told you aren’t doing enough to being accused of things you weren’t even working during, overall heavily depends on management
