Pros

Good part time job, great for high school. Super cool managers (if you're a hard worker). Plenty of hours available if you can work them.

Cons

Minimum wage pay (with a 15¢ raise every 6months) but that's to be expected. Lazy coworkers make workload unfair. Don't seem to be punished.

Pros

Working here for as longs as I did showed me the only real Pro is the co-workers you meet here and become friends with.

Cons

The passes were nice but opening weekend you couldn't use them. Free drinks and popcorn is a lovely thought however you only get them when you work, the same with that lovely discount on those snack bar snacks, you can only use this perk while you are on break. Every big release I worked, and I worked alot of them, was grossly under staff, causing people in different departments to shuffle between departments to make sure the customers were seated. While the other department had to stop what they were doing to help the ones who remained had to stop some of the side work that needs to get done, to help customers letting the side work faultier, causing Managers to yell at all departments for falling behind.Don't Get me Wrong the Managers tried to assist the departments but they are managers there to manage they have work that they need to get done too, there should have been a few more employees to ease the burden. But they can only have so many because corporate dictates how many hours they can use for the week, This is why the will send people home early if it's slow, they need those hours. Every 6 months to a year you get a raise, or rather you should get a raise, when I stopped working here I had hit the pay cap and could no longer get a raise, however when other co-workers hit their marker and signed their eval they no longer got a raise, it was used more of a bargaining chip when someone was putting in their two weeks however, or as a promise for getting employee of the month. If you plan to work here for free movies and a relaxing time, rethink it, you will have no summer because time off is first come, and holidays are mandatory.
