Pros

A good way to meet new friends. Movie benefits are also nice.

Cons

Cinemark is a terrible place to work if you want consistent scheduling. Some weeks you'll get 25 hours the next week you'll get 8. Durring some movies I'd be working past closing time which is around 12:30 to 1:00am on school nights. Most of the managers were complete richards. Working as a concessionist sucks because most managers will find some reason to dock your raise. Where I worked ushers I knew would consistitly get 25 cent raises, which is the max you can get.

Cons

Minimum wage pay, working on weekends and holidays becomes tiring after awhile, some late nights, management can pick favorites at times
