Pros

It's a normal cashier job with a lot of high school/college aged kids that you bond with and wouldn't meet otherwise. The shifts were typically pretty short and you never felt too overwhelmed because you were dealing with one customer at a time even if it was busy. Some of the managers were pretty cool too.

Cons

Some management was annoying but they were still pretty good leaders

Pros

Free movies, discounts on food items while on break, training available for those who want to move up, flexible schedules. There is also the opportunity to transfer locations if moving. Region leader is very involved which is great and is onsite often enough for managers and staff to come to regarding concerns.

Cons

Upper management can be cliquey, many have workes together for years and rarely are held accountable for shortcomings. Weekends and holidays are required work days.
