Pros

Just about all of the people i worked with were always having fun while we got the job done. The managers were always helpful and would take the time to help you grow as a worker.

Cons

There will always be those coworkers that try to be your boss, when nobody is around that's when they strike. And of course you'll get the people who "are never wrong" i say that both for your coworkers and the customers.

Pros

My coworkers are like my family. See movies for free. Great job if no other options/no previous work experience.

Cons

Underpaid (minimum wage for employees w/ no raises, $2/hour above that for management). Limited opportunities for growth as a result of poor training. Upper management are inconsistent and ineffective with how they treat the Assistants and so employees are not bound by any sort of rules, dependent on the Assistant they work with that day. Some don't care about rules and others do.
