Pros

At my location, part-timers generally work weekends only with maybe a weekday shift once every other month or so. There are no tasks that I would consider complicated; there are a few (such as stocking candy and cleaning theaters) that I would consider tedious, but nothing that's intolerable. Employees are able to see movies for free with one friend/family member at the theater in which they work and are able to request guess passes to use at other Cinemark theaters. We receive 50% off food and candy while working and are able to get free popcorn, soda, or Icees during our shifts granted we provide our own cup/bowl. It's a great, easygoing environment with great benefits overall.

Cons

Most people at my location opt to apply for second jobs because part-timers receive very few hours during slower times of the year. This definitely also isn't a job for someone who requires a great deal of mental stimuli while working as the majority of the tasks are extremely repetitive. There are not many opportunities for advancement at locations with high employee retention but they usually like to promote from within.
