Pros

Flexible work schedules, work environment is easy going with friendly staff, and free movies.

Cons

The pay is very minimal and the hours of operation can be heavy, work nights can end as late as 2am. Almost always working on the weekends and holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Pros

The biggest pro is the ability to watch free movies, which can be taken away by the ruler(General Manager) at any given time. You just get used to it.

Cons

The company has a lack of respect of their staff. The GM has made quite a few sexist and racist remarks over the years. You just deal with it.
