Pros
The schedule is fantastic because you can basically work any time you want. The environment is fun and relaxed and the people are great. The job is fairly easy too, and you get free movies. After 1 year they give you employer match into the 401k which is nice. This job is also great because you can travel anywhere in the country just by transferring or promoting.
Cons
The pay sucks. You get a percentage of $.25 every 6 months. Assistant managers barely get more than minimum wage and when you become a General Manager the pay is better, but not comparable to the same position in retail stores or restaurants. Also, in my almost 20 years in the industry I have only had 1 Region Leader that used positive reinforcement to support his managers. All others say nothing as long as you hit your numbers and nit-pick and complain when you make mistakes. If you can get over these two things, its a great place to work.
