Pros

The perks are awesome: free movies, access to posters and other ad material, half off food items and free drink and popcorn during shift. The work is simple, no-brainer stuff. It is perfect, in my opinion, to use as a starting job, or for an easy, no stress workplace

Cons

The pay is really static and hard to work towards; this establishment seems more geared towards easy, unambitious work than work hard to earn more. Also, the management, or possibly the corporation as a whole, seems to prefer catering to policies of the company instead of compromising with employees on an individual basis; the shifts are lengthy and only involve one thrity-to-forty-five minute break, regardless of how long you've been working

Pros

Cinemark has all the standard benefits at each level of employment and is competitive in its industry. It is fun, fast paced and the teams are generally professional. And.. can I say.. FREE MOVIES!

Cons

There are no specific cons to Cinemark. They are a well-run company. However, be prepared for the somewhat unpredictable nature of the crew/manager scheduling in this industry. If nights, weekends and holidays are a deal breaker, you should avoid all movie theatres.
