Pros

Cinsay is a great place for personal growth. I took an entry level position when I first started and it didn't take long for me to move into a position and department that I love and feeds my passion. I have learned a lot since starting and have wonderful coworkers. This is a fast pace company so everyday is fun and has something different to offer.

Cons

This company is still growing so processes change often. If you are unable to cope with change, working here will not be for you.

Pros

Cinsay moves quickly but is dedicated to furthering its technology. eCommerce and online video stats are through the roof. Cinsay offers an amazing tool and all employees are offered free Smart Stores to promote what they want. From what I've seen, each employee is as dedicated as the next when it comes to seeing the company succeed.

Cons

May have long hours during tight deadlines.

Pros

Video is the next medium that will change how you interact as a consumer, and all businesses will have to use it if they want to succeed. As the only patented company in the space the sky's the limit. The opportunity to achieve great success is there and great things lie ahead for anyone that is willing to roll up their sleeves and be accountable for their work. This is a great place for a people just starting out to gain invaluable experience in marketing, sales, and operations. Management cares and wants the best for the employees and the business. This place could be the next Google, Twitter, or FB. If you're lucky enough to get a job here, make sure you take advantage of it.

Cons

All of the systems are not fully in place, so you have to be flexible when it comes to the fluid nature of the business. Management is spread pretty thin, so it can sometimes be frustrating to get tasks completed.
