The company has been in the market for a few years, has good funding, but has been unable to release one product so far. A lot of money is spent on cars, expensive trips and other luxuries. Making good use of the employees' time is of last priority. There is almost no management whatsoever. Most people even work on something else to kill time while they're physically "at work"! Work is done and redone just to show to potential investors, who keep coming with delusional megalomaniac dreams. The CEO is not respected in the company in general.

- CEO has no idea what he is talking about (wishes he was Mark Cuban) - Unless you are CEOs daughter or her boyfriend, you are dispensable (21 and in charge) - Working for uneducated owner that has never ran or worked for a successful and/or legitimate business (driving a Ferrari makes you smart) - Lack of supplies and resources to do your job (can I have some sticky notes please?) - Scattered offices (Austin, Dallas, California) make it difficult to communicate and find people you need (even the CEO emails people to come tell you something, why didn't you just email me?) - No real business plan or vision (thinks they are Amazon with video and invented something - heard of Flash buddy? it came first.) - Too much money spent on dining out, travel, and events for upper-level employees (I think they eat out every meal and expense it or charge to expense account. Sushi is a favorite) - Always making a new partnership and never following through - Having to listen to CEOs statistics, methods, and jokes
