Pros

Solid idea if ever executed right.

Cons

The founders with the idea are long gone. Only the CEO is left and he is corrupt at best. Cinsay has a bizarre fear based culture and really is a huge facade. Please save yourselves and work anywhere else on Earth!

Pros

There is no good reason i can think of, which i can suggest my friends over here to work with this company.

Cons

Every day is a challenge when you work in cinsay. Pay is really bad, they do not take care of their employees at all. They only can drain your efforts out.

Pros

Pay is OK but not great. Higher paid people site in the front office and joke around. If you liked Animal House this is the place for you

Cons

Health Insurance stinks, management has no idea how to finish anything. There are no written plans. Nothing works they way they claim it does. They dont write things down so they won't be caught. They lie to employees, they lie to each other and they lie to themselves. It is really a big shell game. If the investor ever look someone will have legal trouble........
