This company could be great, but they are doomed to fail.

Pros

Coworkers in any department are great to work with. Some of the best. The product they have is solid. It could be a multi-million (or billion) dollar success.

Cons

Read everyone else's "Cons". Ignore the recent post that gives the company "5 Stars". There is absolutely NO ONE who would give it five stars. Top-Level leadership is through intimidation. Middle management tries to bear the brunt of it so their employees can work, but it can't be hidden and the culture is toxic.

Pros

The technology is the only thing this company has that's of value. The company is about to go public, which will be beneficial to some individuals (Pump &Dump)

Cons

Poor management and improper training will be the ultimate downfall of this company.

It could be a decent place to work once the company stabalizes and there some sort of structure is implemented.

Pros

The location was great if you like North Dallas and working off of the freeway. If you were lucky enough to have an office, the views were amazing.

Cons

Inconsistencies in the work place and no structure whatsoever. Things changed to rapidly. It seemed just when you figured out one process, then a new one was introduced.
