Pros

Chance to create new solutions and solve problems in a growing start up. Multiple opportunities to add to the company's areas of technology and business development. Located in desired cities (Austin and Dallas). Great employees and staff.

Cons

Fast moving pace means multiple changes and last minute scheduling. As with all start ups, self-management to meet needed company goals is often necessary.

Pros

There is no good reason i can think of, which i can suggest my friends over here to work with this company.

Cons

Every day is a challenge when you work in cinsay. Pay is really bad, they do not take care of their employees at all. They only can drain your efforts out.

Pros

I learned a lot about how to identify ponzi schemers and investor scammers. In the past I have read about them in the news and didn't really understand how that worked - but seeing them in real life was a real learning experience. Now I can spot them, and those who throw their lot in with them, and keep my distance.

Cons

The positive reviews on this site are obviously from social media teams. This company is an embarrassment to your resume. If you are an intern, it's better than nothing, but don't take this company as an example of what the real working world is like. If you are a professional engineer, you will get frustrated at every turn - they are not building a real product, only maintaining the illusion of building a product. Just keep interviewing while you draw a paycheck and get out of there as soon as you can.
