Work is interesting, world-wide application; downtown location right in the middle of the action; workers are smart, capable, and flexible.

Cons

Disorganized: micro-managing tendency in management; not creative in management solutions; "grind it out" startup mindset; tendency to 24/7 over-the-weekend batch releases

Fairly high salary, could work from home, didn't have to work that hard

Cons

Former CEO was a maniac. Total con artist who would just pitch crap ideas to whomever he could to get investments that he could then use to keep the company going
