Good salary, nice office, awesome colleagues, international enviroment, awesome benefits.

Cons

Workload can be huge sometimes. Changes happen very often as well and you hae to stick with them. Higher management is situated in other locations, faraway from every regional dynamic and this can be tricky sometimes, when things don't go well.
