      Pros

      Good work life balance, management was very involved in development, blue collar industry that is very humble in its roots, very dynamic environment and great for someone who is interested in sales and managing operations.

      Cons

      The company is a bit behind technologically and uses antiquated processes for their production facilities. So you do have to innovate and be creative to work around certain things. But other than that, it’s a great company to work for. I would highly recommend.

      Absolutely no pro to working for this company.

      Cons

      Advanced Management Partner is another word for “free labor” in the production department. Expect no actual path or open positions with this path with GM’s who only care about the Management Trainees success. Stay clear of this company at all costs! Additionally, there are multiple language barriers Between the production partners and management that are often taken advantage of.

      Pros

      Friendly and inviting team that values integrity, honesty, and hard-work. Very military / vet friendly corporation that appreciates those that have served our nation. As a minority in this field of work, I have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I am a valued member of this team and it is apparent from my interaction with my partners.

      Cons

      Long hours (if you aren't use to them). Onboarding was a bit disorganized, but still met the overall intent.
