Profit sharing goes up the longer you work there. 401k is nice, health benefits are also nice, HSA plans, cancer specific plans available, short term disability is free to employee, life insurance policy also.
Cons
Working in a trade and all the managers are from sales, rental, uniforms and all they know in the trade are the numbers.
