Pros

Company vehicle, Monthly breakfast, training provide. Good job if you don't have kids or a family.

Cons

Managers always lie to you, shady sales tactics, high turn over, not paid what your worth, forced to stuff cabinets with unwanted products. Managers always rotated. GM is ruthless has no family, doesn't care about yours.

Pros

Work life balance, rarely work 40 hours (if ever). My Service Manager doesn't micromanage. As long as I'm getting my work done and KPIs are in line, he mostly let's me do my thing. If you buy in, the culture is really good

Cons

Too many contests and focus products. Greed at all levels, especially GMs. Sometimes at the expense of customers and partners in the field. Out of sight, out of mind mentality

Pros

Lots of opportunity for those who just go out from 7am-5pm and sell sell sell

Cons

If you have 2-3 years to put into this you will do well but takes a lot of time and only 3 months training pay. Not a lot of support only just to sell sell sell. Lots of customers need a lower price but Cintas only keeps gettin g more and more expensive and wonder why they’re losi bc customers
