Big drinking culture at management/sales levels, expect you to work at 4am, and work well over 40 hours when you are salary which makes the pay definitely not worth it.

Every year you're pay changes and most of the time it benefits Cintas. You start making a good wages by doing your job and they swoop in the next year adjust pay. Give you raises then take away or lowers commission so we're basically back where we started. Sets goals that are unachievable which affects any raises or bonuses that you get for the year. It feels like management does everything they can to control how much money you have the ability to make no matter how much time you invest or how hard you work.
