Micro managers

Pros

Benefits are good and pay just ok

Cons

-too many micro managers -managers will write you up over the smallest thing -they asked your feedback, but will use it against you as being negative if not what they want to hear -very stressful environment, can't trust anyone, seems as if everyone is there to throw you under the bus -If you want to survive you will have to become a robot and just say yes to whatever even if you disagree. -way too many women managers- they are control freaks.

Pros

Can be a fun job if you like quick-turning sales. The process can take as little as a day to sign an account and get them started. Manager at this location is good and does a lot for the team so you don't feel like you're drowning like with a lot of other sales positions. If you can figure out how to sell the high earning products, there is a lot of potential to make good money. Benefits are fairly good and PTO is above average. A lot of flexibility as well. Overall, everyone at this office is pretty kind and helpful.

Cons

Commission structure is a pain in the a** to navigate. Some products pay more than others and you have to spend a considerable amount of time at the end of the month counting out each individual product you sold and make sure that it all hit commissions (this could be in the hundreds if you sell Facility Services). The base salary is low so if you don't push the products that make you money, you won't be making money. Bonuses are a lot harder to get than they advertise as well, especially if you're in a territory with no leads coming in. Mad Heights office can be a bit like a boys club. For such a large company, a LOT of the tech is outdated and you will spend a long time trying to get things fixed that aren't your fault.

High Stress, Low Pay

Pros

Set schedule- 8-5 No Weekends

Cons

Our department is the heartbeat of operations. We make sure the money is coming in and being paid. However, the pay is TERRIBLE… because while we are listed as A/R we were too many hats. We manage the accounts, customer service, inbound calls with CSIs. The workload is overloaded and the expectations are ridiculous. It is obvious that you are just a number and expendable. The tactic that they use is to add on work responsibilities of a manager without the pay. And if you don’t agree to being used… they won’t consider you to move up. The work culture is extremely toxic. YOU WILL BE USED!! I’m looking for a new job everyday we’re the investment in growth is mutual
