Pros

Great, level headed people who truly want to do what's right for the employee to engage them in a positive culture. Good foundation of policies, processes. Gain a lot of experience in certain fields with Cintas. Cintas truly care's about employee engagement and try's very hard to give people a good working atmosphere. Benefits are great, Comp in certain fields is not. The Management Trainee program is a great program and will teach individuals just out of school a LOT about hard work, ethics, how to review business reports. etc. Excellent safety program. This company truly cares about safety.

Cons

Overworked for well below the salary of the position. It's a man's man industry. If you are in Sales, great job because you'll be the only one's to make money, which is way to high a salary for the people they hire. They invest in may positions and people except HR. They don't want experience here, they want people who will work for nothing.
