      Pros

      Corporate culture is not just on paper - it's meant to be used by every employee to drive success. Excellent policies that are available to everyone (no secrets there). Career paths are there for driven, ambitious employees.

      Cons

      No budget at all for anything. We had to do the job literally with nothing many times over. Cintas prides itself on its Spartan view of business which does contribute to its financial soundness, but it can be taken a little too far at times. Computer system outdated with no plans to upgrade. Pay very low compared to market. Corporate office in Ohio is a little out of touch with national locations - visits by corporate management would go a long way.

      Pros

      Learned a lot, met great people, built a strong resume

      Cons

      Worked there for 14 years and had a new boss almost every year. This made it hard to make it to the next levels in my career. The last year there was the most difficult, and I had to move on from the company.
