Low compensation, monthly bonus is based on 5 or less expired contracts. If a contract expires within 1 year its counted against the SSR for the monthly bonus. Who really signs a contract before it expires unless you're looking to change something drastically on the account. Makes no sense. Disincentive for growing your route as an SSR. You get paid 3% per $10,000 and then only .5% more for every $1000 you add on. This is not how someone grows the route. Idea is to sell more out of the catalog but the pricing of the catalog is outrageous. In an era of internet pricing this is crazy. Constant meetings over unnecessary materials and only management speaks. If they paid better this would be an ok company to work for. Winters can be hard and long. Going in and out of a business. Work is hard and back breaking if you're there too long.
