Business Outlook
Pros
You only work four days a week if you are a route driver and that is where you make the most money. They have an excellent 401k program and the benefits are great but costly. Fellow employees are great to work with and some of upper management.
Cons
You have to fight and prove to them every dime that you earn. Their new pay plan has no incentive for you to grow and build your route...ie; the more weekly volume you run the less the percentage you make. The only way that you can move up into a management position is if you take a significant pay cut and have a college degree.
