      Pros

      The culture is very good. There is never a lack of training, (sometimes too much), but overall it is beneficial to the division. There was never a lack of opportunity to advance (as long as you are willing to relocate).

      Cons

      You have to be careful what you say and to whom. You have to know who your friends are. When it comes to partner engagement, it's a laughing matter. If you are on the corporate side, which I was, there is zero partner engagement.

      They laid off an entire department only to tell the employees they could be hired back through a temp agency

      Pros

      They were understanding when i needed to take off for personal reasons

      Cons

      They do not value their employees.They put people in charge of departments when they have no clue what the department does.They prefer to use temp agencies or to outsource their work instead of keeping dedicated employees. They do not like to give raises.They work good employees to death and promise them raises and bonuses they never receive.

      Pros

      Good benefits, profit sharing, and stock options. Reasonably good pay for new employees.

      Cons

      Management has a distorted sense of reality. You are constantly under pressure to "perform". This promotes unethical practices and requires you to live in the "grey" area. Four day work weeks are nice. Twelve hour days... not so nice. Especially when the day starts at 4a.m.
