      Over worked underappreciated

      Pros

      Huge on safety. If you work for the right location you will be treated great. Always having competitions to earn extra money or other items.

      Cons

      They expect you to do 12 hours of work in a 8 hour day. The location I was at, the GM cared more about money and not enough about the employees. How hard is it to say hi to your employees, ask how their day was and say keep up the good work. ( I am a supervisor, so the GM doesn't need to talk to me be nice to see him care about non management employees.

      My experiences at Cintas began well, but have only become worse with time.

      Pros

      They provide good benefits including health and 401k. There are opportunities for promotions, some of which pay extremely well.

      Cons

      This particular plant is always understaffed causing extra unneeded stress on employees. Product shortage are also a common issue due to the increase in demand, but not in supply.

      Consistent hours and pay, great place to start if you want more office experience

      Cons

      They don't train people very well. I work in Accounts receivable and they were more concerned with the policies and procedures than training me how to do my job. There is too much gossip in my department and everyone talks about everyone even the managers. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and the higher ups have no idea what's going on because they are never there. It would be a good place to work if they got rid of some of the people that start too much trouble and replaced them with people that actually want the company to thrive.
