Pros
Cintas has good benefits and reasonable pay for the work performed. Information about new products and services are shared in bi-weekly meetings. A good job for a younger person looking to start a career. The company is well run and operates on solid ideals.
Cons
Although the vacation time is good, vacation election is based on seniority and the newer people are often left with less than desirable options. There are several paid holidays but the weeks around the holidays are normally blacked out so they can't be taken off. Trainings are often boring and unimaginative. Pay is partial commission so any negative billings affect your pay; this is especially frustrating when dealing with national accounts who pay less than the average customer to begin with.
