      Honestly, I can't think of any Pros.

      Cons

      Everything. Starting from day 1, training was awful. Lasted less than 2 weeks without any clear instruction or guidance then you're thrown out into the field. No mentor program where you can shadow someone. And when you do shadow someone, there's always the possibility of that peer taking your commission. Management is terrible. Leads all go to whoever he favours. Constantly calls out and embarrasses employees. Literally does NO managing, then when the numbers are bad, he takes it out on employees. Office is terrible as well. AC/Heater broken half the time.

      Pros

      If you are looking to secure a mediocre salary and stay in the same position working with incompetent people for 25 years, then go here. I would NEVER recommend this to a new grad or anyone interested in working among other intelligent, talented people. This is a place for 30-somethings who don't have a degree and are just looking for a solid job to get by. Since everyone is lazy and incompetent, you can get away with (or even praised) for doing very, very little.

      Cons

      The company is your typical American, bureaucratic landfill. Full of people who have been working the same position for 25 years and are happy and perfectly content. I was there for 6 months and felt like my brain was rotting.

      Pros

      They were nice during my first week. Told me I'd make over $150k. (I'll be lucky if I pull in $55k) Pop is pretty cold in the drink machine

      Cons

      Product is too expensive and tough to sell. Micro-managed, my manager is always on us and making us prove how many calls we make and follows me all over my territory in disguise
