A lot of pressure from upper management The company recently switch over to SAP system and no one knows how to use the system even the trainers Management runs the company to the point they can do whatever they please but if you are a regular employee without a title you are treated like garbage No sense of job security, feel as if one mistake is done they look for reasons to fire you The turnover for positions other than management is horrendous, such a long process to get hired but a simple snap of the GMs finger and that person is out of here

Forced to work even when sick due to staffing. Saw people with injuries still working because they dont have enough staff. A lot of pressure and high expectations. No support from management unless you are a favored employee and never miss a day of work. Staff are allowed to treat each other poorly with no consequences, but most of them are pretty good. They demand excellence but give you little help to acheive it. They promote work life balance in the interview, then dont support it when life happens. They may still let you work there, but make you feel horrible if you miss even a few hours of work.
