      Pros

      This is a very secure company, with good vacation policy, and good healthcare insurance and decent pay all around and in every division of the company. There are definitely good people working there, but the requirements can be daunting

      Cons

      They also have a hierarchy of employees, managers, directors, etc. And they also have a lack of promotional opportunity to move into other lines and/or up in the company

      Cintas Pays really well for non production partners. Holidays are paid great company perks great health insurance

      Cons

      the location i was at had horrible management very high turnover rate for the location It was all about who you knew at this specific location. If you weren't "in good" with a person of a certain position then your job is threatened everyday that you come to work.

      Pay is based on performance and can be very good if you beat numbers Promote from within(most of the time) so there's a career path A lot of great people Great training for people with no experience Great stepping stone

      Cons

      Sales and service relationships aren't great as each sides goals/pay incentives don't align Certain upper management is unethical and conniving What have you done for me lately mentality and look to get rid of people quickly (including peak performers who have an off year, or are not yes sir employees) There is no work life balance to be successful
