Furthermore, the name is well recognized in Uniforms so the brand allows you to sell the business. Also, you can move up the company very quickly through the Advanced Mgmt program, especially if you are willing to relocate. Benefits are comparable to other large companies.
Cons
The pay is below the market average with an annual 3% raise. Mgrs are expected to work very long hours with very little overhead support. The pay is made up of a base + bonus and a car package. Most Service Mgrs start at $45-55k with a $20k annual bonus. Also, the locations are relatively small so there is minimal overhead support with HR and HSE remote. Finally, there is quite a bit of turnover at the General Manager and Service Sales Representative level.
