A Nice Sales Culture - A Mediocre Service
Pros
Commission is decently generous and there are a lot of leads that are sent your way once you win a territory.
Cons
Often times you are feeling like you are lying when saying your service is better than the competition... Some territories are burnt to the ground based on previously lost accounts that were upset over price increases, sub par service, ect. The amount of work a sales person is expected to do to ensure the account is installed correctly is a massive headache. nearly all targets are in 5 year contract with our competition and even if you win their business it can take years before you received the commission for installing the account. Garments can take up to 6 months to receive the order so (usually around 6 weeks) -- your account cant be installed until the garments are received. Everything you need to do to install an account is a headache that takes a LONG time to accomplish.
