Pros
Cintas, for now 2013 has very good health benefits and starts you out at $16.00 an hour till you get your own route, then your on commission. After about 4 years I was making about 40k a years, not the best!
Cons
Cintas likes to force high KPI numbers and quotas "numbers" on its employees. Its also a very gross job as you pick up dirty towels ect... all day. If you live in a hot area you may not want this gig as it gets 20 degrees hotter in your work truck. You also have to attend a weekly meeting about 5:30 am to go over the locations various CONTEST like selling more products to your customers. Oh ya and you'll be ask to role play in front of everyone at these meetings too. I would have to say the worst part about Cintas is the pay structure. Route volume pay = 1st $6000 you get 10%-----$6001 to $8000 you get 4%-----$8001 to $10000 you get 2%......In other words the more you work the less you get paid, so a smaller route makes more sense!!
