Service Manager should be renamed Sales Manager, the description of the position does not reflect the true nature of the position. There's a bottleneck in upward movement, there are only so many locations in the rental division, with each location having 1-4 Service Managers. Multiply that by the number of locations (around 300), you have up to 1200 competitors for positions that may come open 1-2 times per year. This is not a position for anyone with aspirations to become someone with this company.

pay is horrible and work you so much you get nothing in re turn except a 15 cent raise.
