      Pros

      - In Depth Training - Management Support - Great career possibilities for top performers - Great health and life insurance, employee benefits and saving possibilities with SunLife directly from weekly pay

      Cons

      - Sales targets extremely high - Pressure from management to constantly perform more - very high management roles (Director and VP titles) almost non-achievable (too many employees and top performers for the number of high ranked positions - Great bonus plan for sales representatives but in the sales manager and account manager positions, the salary doesn’t correspond to the amount of work required for the role - Stock options only for Director roles and up

      Over worked the employees.

      The benefits were ok, not the greatest.

      Cons

      This company does not care about their employees. You will not do just the job you were hired to do. They will give you 5 other people’s jobs and have you working 14h plus and not pay you for it. They expect you to be able to do all these other positions on top of the one they apparently hired you for within an 8h day. When you don’t preform to their extremely high standards, you get written up. They like to over work their employees and not pay them.
